TaiChi for Health and Happiness offers various Sun and Chen Style of TaiChi programs.
Tai Chi for Arthritis is a popular programme based on Sun Style Tai Chi with its powerful Qigong, higher stance and follow steps. Many people have enjoyed learning this safe and effective programme and have gained significant health benefits.
Chen Style Mindfulness 24 form is based on Chen Style using mind instead of body force to reach the body mind connection, release mental press, strengthen the live energy and improve general health.
