Whitehorse City Council uses eTendering Portal to advertise tenders, large quotes, expressions of interest and other purchasing requirements.
All tenders can be viewed and submitted through eTender Portal.
Tenderers visiting the eTender portal for the first time will be asked to register and activate an account which is free of charge. Once registered successfully, a confirmation email will be sent with information about activating and setting up an account profile.
Tender Responses
Tender responses and supporting material will only be accepted via Council’s eTender Portal. Responses submitted via email, to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.
All communications must be directed via the Communication tab on eTender portal. Verbal or email requests for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.
You must properly name your Tender Submission along with any attachments as per the following naming convention:
- 30181 – Tenderer’s name – Tender Response Schedule
- 30181 – Tenderer’s name – Attachment x (if applicable)
