Vehicle parking spaces in the City of Whitehorse are in high demand, particularly around the Box Hill Hospital precinct, our shopping and commercial precincts, schools, university zones and railway stations. 

Council monitors and enforces the parking restrictions as set out in the Road Safety Road Rules Victoria (2017) so the streets are safe for pedestrians and other road users and everyone has fair and equitable access to the available parking.
