Their aim is to help meet some of the many practical, short-term needs of people within the city of Whitehorse that are not met by existing community welfare agencies. Each trained volunteer commits to offering care and compassion without discrimination, respecting the clients confidentiality at all times. LinC Whitehorse has been operating since 2001,
