Part of Council's Whitehorse Early Learning Service, Blackburn Children's Services Centre provides care and education for children between the ages of 0 and 6 years.

The staff in the centre plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs based on individual observations of the children through play and routines.

The centre has achieved and maintained high quality accreditation with the National Childcare Accreditation Council.

Services include Cancer Council endorsed sun safe centre; a school readiness program; parent education nights; nutritious meals catering for individual needs; qualified/experienced staff; access to Inclusion Support Facilitators; and Child Care Benefit.
