Community Satisfaction Survey

If you're a Whitehorse resident, we may get in touch to ask for feedback on our performance. Council has commissioned independent market research agency National Field Services to contact residents by phone to follow up on their experience with us.

We are committed to continuous improvement and doing our best to server our community. The purpose of this survey is to discover actionable insights and build them into our service delivery.

The Community Satisfaction Survey will run from 1 November to 1 December 2024. The surveyor may ask for general demographic information but will not ask for your personal details. If you prefer not to answer a question you can decline to answer it.

If you feel suspicious that someone might be impersonating a Council endorsed surveyor, please hang up and call Council on 9262 6333 immediately to verify.
