This page provides access to statutory planning reports relating to development activity within Whitehorse. These reports help keep the community informed about planning applications, decisions, and ongoing matters relating to development within the area.
Two types of reports are provided:
Monthly Planning Applications
These reports provide updates on planning applications that have been lodged, determined under delegation by Council Officers, or are currently under consideration by VCAT or other relevant authorities, such as the Minister for Planning.
Six-Monthly Planning Activity within Box Hill Precinct
This report provides an overview of planning permit applications within the Box Hill Precinct for a period of 6 months. It is updated every 6 months.
