Whitehorse Seniors Festival - Workshop 1: What's Age got to do with it?

Curious about assumptions made about older people, including those you might hold about yourself? Do you sometimes feel overlooked in your community or in shops?

In recognition of Ageism Awareness Day on 9 October, join a free workshop with Joanna Maxwell from the Australian Human Rights Commission. This event is delivered in partnership with Eastern Community Legal Centre and Maroondah and Knox councils.

Seniors Festival: Safe Driver Presentation

The presentation covers information including how to keep older drivers safe and mobile, updated road rules, impacts on medical conditions, medications, disability and strategies for safe mobility.
