On some occasions you may be asked to lodge a pre-application meeting due to complexities on your site - this is at the discretion of the planner you speak to.

3–9 residential dwellings (with or without subdivision)
Lodge a pre-application request to review proposed plans and documentation related to your proposal. A planner will contact you to discuss the proposal and will provide a response in writing after the discussion
All lodged pre-application requests must include the following information:
Site plan
Detailed drawings, that include dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections, as necessary
Arborist report and/or ecological assessment for vegetation removal (if applicable)
Please note the planner will review submitted documentation only - if additional documentation is requested to be review a new pre-application request must be submitted.
10+ residential dwellings (with or without subdivision)

Details of the current use, as well as proposed future use, such as:
the nature of the business
operating hours
number of employees
the type of vehicles that will come to the site and

Sustainable Design Assessment (for developments with a gross floor area between 300–1500 sqm) or Sustainability Management Plan (for all other developments)

Transport and traffic details, including parking capacity and demand, vehicle trips etc
