Whitehorse City Council (Council) gives public notice of its purchase of land known as 35 Hay Street, Box Hill South (Land) in accordance with section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act).
 
The Land is contained in certificate of title volume 11367 folio 326 and is purchased by Council for public open space purposes.
 
Council resolved to undertake an “inform” level of community engagement for the purchase of the Land, in accordance with its obligations under section 112 of the Act.
