National Carers Week (13 October - 19 October 2024) is a time to recognise, celebrate and raise awareness about those who provide care and support to a family member or friend.
In 2021, there were 4398 carers in Whitehorse aged over 65 years, providing unpaid assistance to a person with a disability, long term illness, or old age.
