Released Confidential Reports

In line with the Whitehorse Public Transparency Policy ( PDF 407.39KB) Council prioritise the release of confidential information or minimising confidential reports and attachments. 

In April 2025 Council resolved to:

  • Take active steps to ‘declassify’ confidential reports with a view to make these publicly available;
  • Bring a report to Council every six months for Council to resolve to make public any resolutions that were previously confidential as either
    1. recommended by the CEO.
    2. recommended by a Councillor to the CEO.
    3. Publish previously designated confidential reports in a central location on the council website.
