Privacy and Consent - Planning Permit Applications

When you submit a planning permit application personal details are required to be included. The Planning and Environment Act requires application documents (which will include your name and address details) to be available at Council's office for inspection. These documents will be available until a decision is made, or until the end of the period during which an application may be made for review of a decision through VCAT.

In line with the Council Planning Teams move to digital processes these documents may be available on the Council website for people to view.
