All bookings can be made via our online booking platform, Central Immunisation Records Victoria (CIRV), which is a Victorian Department of Health website.
All immunisation sessions are by appointment to assist our immunisation team with managing attendance numbers.

Adverse events following immunisation
All adverse events following immunisations in Victoria should be reported to SAEFVIC (the Surveillance of adverse events following vaccination in the community) for assessment and expert advice.
Any event felt to be significant following immunisation should be reported. You do not need to report common/minor/expected reactions, however any vaccine reaction which has affected a child's confidence can and should be reported. Report an adverse event following immunisation
