Cat Full Fee - $121

Concession Holder - Cat Full Fee - $59

Your cat is NOT desexed/sterilised and is under 10 years of age AND you are either a Pension, War Widow Entitlement or TPI card-holder. Health Care and Concession cards are not accepted. Card-holder proof must be provided.

NOTE: All cats must be microchipped. You must also include a copy of the Microchip certificate and microchip number (15 digits) with your application.

Cat Reduced Fee - $44

If one of the following applies, you must provide evidence that your cat is either:

Evidence Type	Documentary Evidence Required
Desexed/sterilised	Provide a copy of the desexed invoice or certificate or a letter from your vet.
Over ten years old	Provide the pet’s birth certificate or a letter from your vet
Used for breeding by proprietor of Domestic Animal Business	Provide a letter or statutory declaration from a registered Domestic Animal Business.
Registered with an applicable organisation	Provide a copy of the animal’s applicable organisation registration along with a copy of the owner’s membership card.

NOTE: All cats must be microchipped. You must also include a copy of the Microchip certificate and microchip number (15 digits) with your application.

Concession Holder - Cat Reduced Fee - $13.50

Cats Under Three Months of Age - $0

Council offers free registration for desexed and mircrochipped kittens under the age of three months. You will need to provide a veterinary advice letter confirming the dog's birth date and desexed status.

Cat Registration Transferred from Another Victorian Council - $0

Select this option only if your cat is currently registered with another Victorian Council.

Proof of adoption or a Certificate of Registration is required. A Certificate of Registration is a document that needs to be obtained from the Council where the cat is currently registered.

NOTE: A Pet Registration Renewal Notice from that Council is not sufficient.

NOTE: The registration fee will be waived for this registration period only.
