Whitehorse News - April 2024 Our 2023/24 festival season has concluded with more than 43,000 people attending seven free and vibrant events. Spring Festival
Bin fees and charges can be found here. Council rates include 80 litres of garbage and a recycling bin. Additional bins can be ordered with a maximum of two of each kind per property (charges may apply).
