He has recently borrowed a home energy efficiency kit from the library to check if his upgrades have been effective and has spoken to us about his sustainability journey. Kenton believes that “values are caught, not taught” and enjoys inspiring others to get on their bikes and talking to people from all walks of life about how our choices impact the environment – whether it’s chatting with friends, family & neighbours; or raising awareness of the impacts of climate change on snowfall amongst the members of his ski club; or as school teacher of over 25 years.
