Troubleshooting problems with online payments

Our online payment service is normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are having problems making a payment online please read this page before contacting us.

If your web browser if out of date some websites might not work properly, including our online payment service.

Kaspersky (Safe Money) Instructions

Customers that use the Kasperkey Internet Security software and specifically the Safe Money module, need to follow some simple steps to ensure their online payments are processed correctly through the trusted Whitehorse City Council eServices website and BPoint payment gateway.

Report a problem

When reporting a problem with online payments please send an email to customer.service@whitehorse.vic.gov.au with the below details:

  • date and time you tried to make a payment;
  • what you were trying to pay (Rates, Bins, Parking permit, Locals Laws permit, Pet Registration, Infringements, Child Care invoice, Home and Community Care invoice);
  • reference number of the item you are paying;
  • any error messages displayed
  • the browser you are using, including version number
