Whitehorse City Council (Council) gives public notice of its purchase of land known as 467 Highbury Road, Burwood East (Land) in accordance with section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act).

The Land is contained in certificate of title volume 8660 folio 008, and has been purchased by Council for public open space purposes.

Council resolved to undertake an “inform” level of community engagement for the purchase of the Land, in accordance with its obligations under section 112 of the Act.
