About the Proposals
Council is proposing to sell the three properties, which are no longer required for Council purposes and have been assessed as surplus to Council’s service delivery needs.
The proposed sales form part of Council’s ongoing responsibility to manage property assets efficiently and in the best interests of the community.
If progressed, each property would be sold for a price equal to the market valuation held by Council, with proceeds reinvested to support future community projects.
The sales of Property 1 and Property 2 would be conducted through an open and transparent market process, while Property 3 would be sold by private treaty to an adjacent owner to be incorporated into their property.
