Whitehorse City Council gives notice, in accordance with section 114(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic), of its intention to sell Council-owned land.

About the Proposal
The small land parcel is landlocked with no road frontage, is not publicly accessible, and has been assessed as no longer required for Council purposes or service needs.
It is proposed that the land be sold by private treaty to the adjacent property for a price equal to the market valuation held by Council, with proceeds then able to be reinvested to support future community projects.
