I understand that Whitehorse City Council may use my photographs for for marketing and promotions, across print and digital channels, such as on the Council’s website and social media or in printed publications. I also understand that the Council may use/continue to use the photographs for up to 5 years after the competition. As the Council may use these photographs for up to 5 years, the Council’s officers may access them over that time when they are creating promotional material. Due to the nature of online publications, if a photograph is posted online, the Council will not be able to control whether it is copied or redistributed.
