Payments made by credit cards will incur a surcharge of 0.60%, this reflects the cost of merchant fees charged to Council by banks. Debit cards are free of this fee.

This applies to any type of payment made by credit card - online, email or in person.

Until now, Council has absorbed the bank surcharges incurred when our customers pay by credit card. The cost to Council has grown significantly and these funds could be better spent on facilities and services for our community.

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Diners and Amex are not accepted. BPAY is also not currently available for planning & building related applications.
