Whitehorse News - November 2023

About 20,000 people packed the Whitehorse Civic Precinct on 15 October for one of Council’s signature events, the 2023 Spring Festival.

Thankyou to all the musicians who entertained us on different stages, and the many other performers and stall operators for their fun activities.

More than 100 people visited our photobooth for some fun pictures, and they got to take away a small photo strip as a momento. One family got picked as our front cover stars for this month's print edition.

Other festivalgoers became their own Whitehorse News cover stars as our roving picture frame made its way through the festival grounds. See if you can spot someone you know!
