Whitehorse News - April 2024
Our 2023/24 festival season has concluded with more than 43,000 people attending seven free and vibrant events. |
Spring Festival, Whitehorse Carols and the Australia Day Concert all drew massive crowds as they made a triumphant return to the recently redeveloped Whitehorse Civic Centre precinct.
In March, we revisited Blackburn Lake Sanctuary with a new event, Jazz at the Lake. Attendees enjoyed great tunes on a relaxing and sunny Sunday afternoon.
We also came together to celebrate the diverse mix of cultures that call Whitehorse home at Strathdon House and Orchard Precinct for Culture Fest.
Families and movie lovers turned out in force over the school holidays for our Moonlight Movie screenings at Box Hill Gardens and Livingstone Primary School Reserve, providing a great end to the season.
We are proud to continue to showcase the richness of our local community through our events each year and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make it one of our best seasons yet.
