Join us on this guided walk with Ian Moodie to find some of the insects that call Yarran Dheran home as part of the 2026 City Nature Challenge. Download the iNaturalist app to observe the fascinating insects of Yarran Dheran.

Quarterly Frog Survey in Yarran Dheran - Autumn 2026

Join the Yarran Dheran Advisory Committee to participate in the quarterly frog survey in Yarran Dheran for Autumn 2026 and learn how to provide this valuable data from your own location. This event is run as part of the 2026 City Nature Challenge, and no experience is needed!

When: Sunday 26 April, 7pm - 9pm

Explore Blackburn Lake Sanctuary, take photos, use the iNaturalist app and learn more about local nature! A City Nature Challenge event for those not confident in heading out themselves for the first time.
