Whitehorse wins Victorian Top Solver Award

Published: Monday 02 Mar 2026

Whitehorse City Council has won the Victorian Top Solver Award in the Snap Send Solve Solver of the Year Awards 2026.

We have also ranked in the top 3 Councils in Australia.

The annual awards celebrate the efforts of over 500 Councils and other service providers across Australia and New Zealand to make a positive change in their communities.

The award is based directly on our high ranking in the Snap Send Solve 2025 Community Satisfaction Index Rating. This highlights Whitehorse Council’s excellent resolution rates, fast response times and commitment to keeping residents informed throughout the process.

Mayor Cr Kirsten Langford said the recognition reflects the dedication of Council officers and Council’s commitment to making Whitehorse a great place to live, work and play.

“We are proud to provide helpful service to our community, keeping our streets clean and solving issues quickly. Our teams responded to more than 25,500 reports via the Snap Send Solve app in 2025”.

“It’s fantastic to see that our prominent Chinese community are accessing the app in their preferred language with almost 300 snaps reported using the Simplified Chinese version.”

The Snap Send Solve app operates on Apple and Android devices in both English and Simplified Chinese. You can take a photo of a problem and send it straight to Council or service provider to fix.
