Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey assesses Council’s performance across a range of measures and identifies ways to improve or provide more effective service delivery to residents.
Independent market research agency National Field Services has been appointed to conduct 500 phone interviews during February and March this year and will phone a representative sample of residents.
Council would appreciate you taking the time to participate in the phone interview to provide your valuable feedback.
